Welcome to Zero Store. By using the site or completing an order, the customer acknowledges that they have read and agreed to these terms, along with the privacy policy and the exchange and return policy.

1. Products and Prices

  • The prices shown for the products are the prices approved at the time the order is created, and include VAT where applicable.
  • Prices may be updated before order completion in accordance with market changes, and no subsequent modification shall apply to an order that has been successfully confirmed and paid.
  • Product availability and price are subject to final stock verification and accuracy of order data.

2. Ordering and Payment Methods

Payment methods are available as shown on the order completion page, including bank cards, e-wallets, bank installments, and instant and easy payment options, subject to availability and the provider's terms and conditions. Order processing remains pending until payment authorization is successful and inventory is verified.

3. Electronic payment via Paymob

Electronic payments are processed through Paymob and its associated approved integrations. Zero does not store complete bank card details. The payment provider may require additional verification steps to protect the customer and complete the transaction.

4. Bank installment plans are now available and easy.

  • The installment request is subject to the approval of the bank or finance company and its terms and credit limits, and Zero does not guarantee acceptance of the request.
  • Before confirming the financing, the financing provider will present the loan term, number of installments, installment amount, interest rate or financing cost, fees, down payment (if applicable), whether the interest rate is fixed or variable, and the option and conditions for early repayment. The customer must review and agree to these details with the provider.
  • The product price and the total Zero order amount remain as shown on the order completion page, and Zero does not add a separate installment commission within Checkout.
  • Any service commission due from the merchant under the payment provider contract is borne by Zero and is not automatically converted into a fee for the customer.
  • No advertisement for «0% benefits» or «no fees» shall be considered valid unless it is issued within a formal, valid offer and is accompanied by its terms, duration, and the entity providing it.

5. Cancellation and Refund

Cancellation, exchange, and return requests are subject to Returns & Exchanges Policy. In installment transactions, refunding the amount or cancelling the financing may take an additional period determined by the bank, finance company or payment provider.

6. Privacy

The data required for order fulfillment, payment, and shipping is processed accordingly. Privacy PolicyIt only engages to the extent necessary with payment, financing, shipping, and legally competent authorities.

By checking the approval box on the order completion page, the customer confirms that they have read and understand these terms and conditions, and that the final financing terms are issued by the bank or finance company before the transaction is confirmed.
