تحترم Zero خصوصية زوار وعملاء وبائعي الموقع zero-eg.com. توضح هذه السياسة البيانات التي قد نجمعها، وأسباب استخدامها، والجهات التي قد نتعامل معها لتنفيذ الطلبات والدفع والتمويل والشحن، والخيارات المتاحة لك. تُقرأ هذه السياسة مع الشروط والأحكام وسياسة الاستبدال والاسترجاع.

1. من نحن ووسائل التواصل

2. البيانات التي قد نجمعها

  • بيانات الحساب والتواصل: الاسم، رقم الهاتف، البريد الإلكتروني، وكلمة المرور المشفرة.
  • بيانات الطلب والتسليم: العنوان، المنتجات، الكمية، البائع، الفاتورة، حالة الطلب، وسجل الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع.
  • بيانات الدفع والتمويل اللازمة للمعاملة: وسيلة الدفع المختارة، حالة العملية، رقم مرجعي، والمعلومات التي يطلبها مقدم الدفع أو التمويل لتقييم الأهلية وتنفيذ الخدمة.
  • بيانات البائعين: بيانات الهوية والنشاط والتواصل والحسابات اللازمة للتحقق وإدارة المتجر والتسويات.
  • بيانات تقنية: عنوان IP، نوع الجهاز والمتصفح، ملفات تعريف الارتباط، سجلات الأمان والأخطاء، وكيفية استخدام الموقع.
  • المراسلات وخدمة العملاء وأي مستندات تقدمها طواعية لمعالجة طلب أو شكوى أو نزاع.

3. لماذا نستخدم البيانات

  • إنشاء الحساب وإدارة الطلبات والفواتير والتسليم وخدمة ما بعد البيع.
  • تنفيذ الدفع أو إحالة طلب التمويل إلى الجهة التي تختارها، وإظهار نتيجة القبول أو الرفض.
  • منع الاحتيال وحماية الحسابات والموقع والتحقق من الهوية عند الحاجة.
  • التواصل بشأن الطلب أو الشكوى أو الضمان، والوفاء بالالتزامات القانونية والمحاسبية.
  • تحسين أداء الموقع وتجربة الاستخدام وقياس الأعطال.
  • إرسال التسويق عند وجود موافقة أو سند قانوني مناسب، مع إتاحة إيقافه.

4. الدفع والتقسيط

عند اختيار البطاقة أو المحفظة أو التقسيط البنكي أو خدمات التمويل مثل حالاً أو سهولة، تُحال البيانات اللازمة لتنفيذ الطلب إلى مقدم الخدمة أو البنك المختار وفق شروطه وسياسة الخصوصية الخاصة به والعقد المطبق. موافقة التمويل والحد الائتماني والمدة والتكلفة والرسوم وموعد الخصم يحددها مقدم الخدمة، ولا تصبح نهائية إلا بعد عرضها للعميل وموافقته عليها.

عندما تُدخل بيانات البطاقة داخل صفحة أو نافذة مقدم الدفع الآمنة، لا تحتفظ Zero برقم البطاقة الكامل أو رمز الأمان CVV؛ وقد نحتفظ فقط بمرجع العملية ونتيجتها والبيانات اللازمة للمحاسبة والدعم. لا نعلن عن «صفر فوائد» أو أي ميزة تمويلية إلا إذا كانت مثبتة في عرض وعقد ساريين.

5. مع من قد نشارك البيانات

  • البائع المعني بالطلب بالقدر اللازم للتجهيز والضمان وخدمة ما بعد البيع.
  • Paymob ومقدمو الدفع والبنوك والجهات الممولة التي يختارها العميل، ومنها حالاً وسهولة عند تفعيلها تعاقديًا.
  • شركات الشحن والتوصيل والاتصالات اللازمة لإتمام الطلب.
  • مزودو الاستضافة والأمان والتحليلات والدعم الفني الذين يعملون وفق تعليماتنا وبالقدر اللازم للخدمة.
  • الجهات الرسمية أو الرقابية أو القضائية عندما يوجب القانون ذلك أو لحماية الحقوق ومنع الاحتيال.

لا نبيع بياناتك الشخصية. وقد تخضع الجهات الخارجية المستقلة، خصوصًا البنوك ومقدمو التمويل، لسياسات خصوصية وشروط منفصلة يجب على العميل مراجعتها قبل الموافقة.

6. ملفات تعريف الارتباط

نستخدم ملفات ضرورية لتشغيل السلة وتسجيل الدخول والأمان وحفظ اللغة والإعدادات. وقد نستخدم ملفات قياس أو تسويق عند تفعيلها وبما يتفق مع الإعدادات والموافقة المتاحة. يمكنك التحكم فيها من المتصفح، لكن تعطيل الضرورية قد يمنع بعض وظائف الموقع.

7. مدة الاحتفاظ

نحتفظ بالبيانات فقط للمدة اللازمة لتنفيذ الطلب والضمان وخدمة العملاء وحل النزاعات، أو للمدد التي تفرضها القوانين واللوائح والمتطلبات الضريبية والمحاسبية والعقود المعمول بها. بعدها تُحذف البيانات أو تُخفى هويتها متى كان ذلك ممكنًا، ما لم يوجد التزام قانوني بالاحتفاظ.

8. حماية البيانات

نتخذ تدابير تقنية وتنظيمية مناسبة لتقليل مخاطر الفقد أو الاستخدام غير المصرح به أو الإفصاح. لا توجد وسيلة إلكترونية آمنة بنسبة 100%، ولذلك نراجع الضوابط ونقيد الوصول إلى من يحتاجه لتنفيذ عمله.

9. حقوقك واختياراتك

وفق القانون والقيود النظامية، يمكنك طلب معرفة البيانات المتعلقة بك، أو تصحيحها، أو محوها عندما لا يعود الاحتفاظ بها لازمًا، أو الاعتراض على بعض أوجه المعالجة، أو سحب موافقة سابقة دون التأثير على المعالجة التي تمت قبل السحب. قد نحتاج للتحقق من هويتك قبل تنفيذ الطلب، وقد نحتفظ بما يلزم قانونًا أو لحماية الحقوق وحل النزاعات.

10. الأطفال والروابط الخارجية

الموقع غير موجه عمدًا لمن لا يملك الأهلية القانونية لإبرام عملية شراء دون ولي أو ممثل قانوني. وقد يحتوي الموقع على روابط أو محتوى لجهات خارجية لا تتحكم Zero في سياساتها؛ راجع سياسة الجهة قبل تقديم بياناتك لها.

11. التحديثات والشكاوى

قد نحدث هذه السياسة عند تغير الخدمات أو المتطلبات القانونية أو التعاقدية، وتظهر النسخة السارية وتاريخها في هذه الصفحة. للاستفسار أو الشكوى المتعلقة بالخصوصية استخدم بيانات التواصل أعلاه، مع احتفاظك بحقوقك لدى الجهات المختصة وفق القانون المصري، بما في ذلك قانون حماية البيانات الشخصية رقم 151 لسنة 2020 ولائحته التنفيذية.

Zero respects the privacy of visitors, customers, and sellers using zero-eg.com. This policy explains the data we may collect, why we use it, the parties involved in orders, payments, finance, and shipping, and your available choices. 1. Who we are and how to contact us

2. Data we may collect

  • Account and contact data: name, phone number, email, and encrypted password.
  • Order and delivery data: address, items, quantity, seller, invoice, order status, and return/exchange history.
  • Transaction data needed for payment or finance: selected method, transaction status, reference number, and information requested by the provider to assess eligibility or provide the service.
  • Seller data: identity, business, contact, and account information required for verification, store management, and settlements.
  • Technical data: IP address, device and browser type, cookies, security/error logs, and website usage information.
  • Customer-service communications and documents you voluntarily provide to resolve an order, complaint, or dispute.

3. Why we use data

  • To create accounts and manage orders, invoices, delivery, and after-sales service.
  • To process payment or refer a finance request to your selected provider and show its approval or rejection.
  • To prevent fraud, protect accounts and the website, and verify identity where needed.
  • To communicate about orders, complaints, and warranties and meet legal and accounting obligations.
  • To improve website performance, usability, and error diagnosis.
  • To send marketing only where there is appropriate consent or another lawful basis, with an opt-out.

4. Payments and installments

If you select a card, wallet, bank installment plan, or financing service such as Halan or Souhoola, the data needed to process the request is sent to the selected provider or bank under its terms, privacy notice, and applicable agreement. Approval, credit limit, term, total cost, fees, and debit schedule are determined by the provider and become final only after they are shown to and accepted by the customer.

Where card information is entered into the payment provider’s secure page or frame, Zero does not retain the full card number or CVV. We may retain the transaction reference, result, and information needed for accounting and support. We do not advertise “0% interest” or another finance benefit unless it is supported by a valid offer and agreement.

5. Who may receive data

  • The seller responsible for the order, only as needed for fulfilment, warranty, and after-sales service.
  • Paymob, payment providers, banks, and the finance provider selected by the customer, including Halan and Souhoola where contractually enabled.
  • Shipping, delivery, and communications providers needed to fulfil the order.
  • Hosting, security, analytics, and technical support providers acting as necessary to provide the service.
  • Government, regulatory, or judicial authorities where required by law or to protect rights and prevent fraud.

We do not sell personal data. Independent third parties, particularly banks and finance providers, may apply their own privacy notices and terms, which customers should review before accepting.

6. Cookies

We use cookies necessary for the cart, login, security, language, and settings. Measurement or marketing cookies may be used when enabled and subject to the available settings and consent. Browser controls can manage cookies, but disabling necessary cookies may prevent parts of the website from working.

7. Retention

We keep data only as long as needed to fulfil orders, warranties, support, and dispute resolution, or for periods required by applicable laws, regulations, tax/accounting duties, and contracts. We then delete or anonymize data where possible unless a legal retention duty applies.

We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures to reduce the risk of loss, unauthorized use, or disclosure. No electronic method is 100% secure, so we review controls and restrict access to those who need it for their work.

Subject to applicable law and regulatory limitations, you may ask to know what data relates to you, correct it, erase it where retention is no longer necessary, object to certain processing, or withdraw prior consent without affecting processing completed before withdrawal.
